Bringing home a new puppy is one of the most exciting and let's be honest, challenging experiences. Those uncoordinated steps, floopy little paws, softest cuddles and t-rex teeth don’t last forever, but with a Puppy Portrait Session at BarkHop Studio, you can hold onto them long after puppyhood.
Puppy Photo sessions are for puppies up to 24 weeks old.
Your puppy's photo session will be super relaxed and go with the flow. You'll arrive at the studio and we'll let your puppy explore before we begin to photograph. We allow for plenty of potty breaks to keep your puppy on a schedule :) It's a great opportunity to socialize and expose your pup to a new environment.
We'll spend 60-90 minutes together in the studio to capture adorable portraits and if your puppy decides to take a snooze, newborn style poses too.
*Note: You'll be able to purchase fine art prints, wall art and/or an album during your post-session ordering appointment after seeing the images. Printed products are not included with the puppy session.
Many puppy parents invest between $1000–$1600, often choosing an album to tell their puppy's story. I’ll guide you through every option so your final artwork feels just as special as the moments we captured.
The puppy days are so precious and so fleeting—one minute they’re bouncing around, and the next, they’re sprouting into their adult selves. These adorable antics and those tiny, clumsy paws won’t be around forever, and I want to help you capture this most adorable stage in their lives.
Let’s create some stunning portraits that not only showcase their unique personalities but also preserve these cherished memories for years to come. Each photo will tell your puppy's story of joining your family. We will do a little magic and freeze time so those big floppy ears and soft curls on the top of their heads will live in artwork you will love to display in your home.
I want to let you in on a little magic...capturing portraits of your puppy now opens up the door to capturing portraits of your puppy as a teenager and adult and senior. Starting with puppy portraits gives you the chance their story and how they change through their years as part of your family through photographs.
I can't wait to hear all about your pup's quirks and charm and to create something truly special together!

While Puppy Photo sessions focus on capturing those fun and precious early days, a full portrait session allows you to include your puppy’s older fur siblings and human siblings too.
Including your older dog or human siblings makes for a truly special experience. If you’d like to celebrate your whole pack, let’s chat about upgrading to a full portrait session—it’s the perfect way to capture your growing family’s story.
