1. We plan the chapter

Before each session, we talk about your dog’s age, personality, changes, quirks, and what this year feels like.

2. Your dog comes to the studio

Sessions are calm, patient, and dog-led. No perfect behavior required.

3. We choose the box portraits

Together, we select the portraits that belong in this year’s chapter.

4. You decide what else this year deserves

The Portrait Box is included. Wall art, albums, and additional portraits are available for the chapters you want to see every day.

Good to know

Is this a lifetime subscription?

No. Portraits Through Their Years is an annual membership. Each year is purchased individually, so there is no long-term prepaid obligation and no lifetime service guarantee.

What happens if BarkHop Studio ever closes or discontinues the program?

Any completed artwork and purchased products remain yours. No future sessions are owed beyond the current paid membership year.

Do I have to buy wall art every year?

No. Your annual membership includes your session, box portraits, and matching digital files. Wall art and albums are optional.

What if I want more than three portraits from a year?

Additional matted portraits with matching digital files may be added during your ordering appointment.

Is this only for puppies?

No. The membership is for dogs at every age and stage. Puppies, adult dogs, seniors, rescues, and once-in-a-lifetime heart dogs all belong here.
