Dear Dog-loving Community,

I’m still smiling (and doling out treats to my own pups!) from our Doggie Trunk-or-Treat at BarkHop Studio. What an amazing morning and beyond anything I could have hoped for!   Those two hours were magical— wagging tails, adorable costumes, and so many of our favorite local dog lovers all in one place. It simply doesn't get better than that! 

This event, hosted in partnership with Ludwig’s Corner Supply Co., was everything I love about our community: dogs, families, creativity, and connection. More pups than we could count showed up dressed to impress — we saw superheroes, lobsters, lumberjacks, bees, bananas, pumpkins, tacos, and even a few matching dog-and-parent duos that totally stole the show. 🧡

Each decorated trunk was bursting with Halloween treats, manned by some of the most generous dog people I know.  Every one of the small business owners who dreamed up a trunk and spent their morning with us just loved watching the dogs trot from car to car while the dog parents just soaked up the fun time with their furbabies. When Michelle and I dreamed up the event, we both knew it was simply about community.  That Doggie Trunk-or-Treat showed us what the pure joy and bond between dogs and their humans looks like— and it’s what BarkHop Studio is all about.

A huge thank-you to everyone who came out, our amazing trunk hosts, and of course, Ludwig’s Corner Supply Co. for helping us pull it all together. You made the day truly special.
