Step One: Let's Talk

We’ll start with a consultation call to chat about your vision and what makes your dog so very special to you. This is where I share pricing, options for the artwork you can enjoy after, and a bit about what to expect from the BarkHop Studio portrait experience for you and your dog! This is also the perfect opportunity to ask me all of the questions you might have!

Step 2: Booking Time

Once we know we're a good fit for each other, I'll send you a booking link and a detailed questionnaire so I can customize every detail of your dog's portrait session. I'll also share tips about how to get your pup (and yourself) ready for their big day. I am a HUGE fan of scheduling a meet at my studio for you and your pup to stop by BEFORE the session. We can plan for that during this step too.

Step Three: The Session

The session itself will be at BarkHop Studio which is the most dog friendly place in town! It will be relaxed and fun and ensure a timeless portrait experience for you and your pup to enjoy together. We'll spend about an hour to an hour and a half capturing timeless portraits while giving your pup the time needed during the photo experience to feel comfortable and take breaks.

Step Four: Photo Reveal

After your session, we’ll reconnect for a post-session check-in, and within three weeks, you’ll enjoy a gallery reveal—either in person, via Zoom, or through a custom slideshow. Most clients invest around $600 if they're a DIY-er and some invest around $1800 in artwork, whether wall art or albums. The gallery reveal is your time to view your images, relive the photo experience, and select the perfect artwork to keep your dog close for a lifetime.

Studio Portrait Session

Session Fee - $200

Your session fee includes everything needed to create a personalized and stress-free experience for you and your dog to create artwork you will enjoy in your home for your whole life. 

The session fee includes: 

  • A pre-session consultation and detailed questionnaire so I can learn all about your pup
  • A prep guide to ensure you and your dog are feeling ready for the experience.
  • A consultation for your dog and you at the studio, if time allows, before your session to get some of those sniffs out and for your dog and I to become friends ahead of time.
  • A private and dog-friendly studio space equipped with treats, water, and toys.
  • A custom slideshow and image reveal of your photos after the session to see your dog's image and decide how you’d like to display them in your home.
  • Communication with Stacey via email or phone for any questions that come up before, during and after the session.

Once your images are ready, you’ll get to decide how you want to enjoy them. Every session is a curated experience and everything we offer is chosen to give you the best way to showcase your dog in your home. To give you complete say over what artwork you bring home, we offer a variety of options for wall art starting at $350 and albums starting at $1000 so you can create a custom collection that best fits your home and the way you want to enjoy your dog's portraits. Most clients invest around $1000— some more, some less.
